The owners, Jill and Nichole began their friendship on a flag football field in the San Fernando Valley. On the field, they blocked each other. Off the field, they paved the way to start a business together. Sharing a love for shave ice, they would meet at different shave ice spots around the Los Angeles area seeking the perfect blend of fluffy ice and flavor.

In early 2022, Nichole received a call from Jill asking if she’d like to explore opening up a shave ice business. Within days, the plan was in motion. A year later, their first location launched May of 2023 in the heart of Los Angeles, California.
