Nobuko was born on the sunlit streets of Southern California — where the ancient kakigōri tradition of Japan met the flavor culture of LA. Our shave ice is shaved impossibly fine, then drenched in housemade syrups that span the globe.
We've packed up our trailer and truck and brought Nobuko to Salt Lake City, ready to make the Mountain West fall in love with something truly different.
